Membeth ("we", "us") is a digital marketing and AI implementation agency operated from Belgrade, Serbia, serving clients in the United States and Canada. This page explains what data we collect through this website and our outreach, and how we handle it.
What this website collects
This is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and includes no analytics scripts that profile you. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may process standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when the page loads.
The free mini-audit form
If you request a mini-audit, the details you submit (name, email, website, and the problem you describe) are processed by Netlify Forms and used for exactly one thing: preparing and sending your mini-audit, plus any follow-up you ask for. Unsubscribe any time by replying to any email from us.
The chat assistant
The chat widget on this site is our own AI assistant. Messages you type are sent to our server and processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate replies; the conversation is kept in your browser for the duration of your visit. Don't share sensitive personal information in the chat. If you leave contact details so we can follow up, we use them only for that follow-up.
Booking a call
If you book a call through our scheduling link, that booking is processed by Google Calendar's appointment scheduling. The name, email address, and any notes you provide are used to hold the meeting and follow up with you about your inquiry — nothing else.
If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to help you. If we email you first (business outreach), we contact publicly listed business addresses, we identify ourselves, and every message includes a working opt-out. Reply "unsubscribe" to any email from us and we will not contact you again. We aim to comply with CAN-SPAM (US) and CASL (Canada).
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. We do not run ads on this site. We collect nothing beyond what is described above.
Client data
When we build systems for clients (chatbots, automations, content engines), the leads and customer data those systems handle belong to the client. How that data is processed is governed by our service agreement with each client, not by this page.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we'll sort it out.
